The day began at Bubenbergstraße 32 in Straß in der Steiermark, where both bride and groom got ready with their closest friends and family. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, with matching pajamas, heartfelt hugs, and makeup by the incredibly talented @sandrapichlermakeupartist.
Carola wore a stunning gown from @curves_and_more_brautmode that blended effortlessly with the natural aesthetic of the day.
The Ceremony: Under the Tree, Surrounded by Love
The couple chose to say their vows under a beautifully decorated tree, surrounded by 65 of their closest friends and family members. The styling was minimal yet heartfelt, with floral elements curated by the venue’s in-house team.
Every detail of the ceremony felt authentic nothing forced or overly posed. That’s exactly what Carola had wished for: natural wedding photography that tells a real story.

After the ceremony, we took a peaceful walk with Carola and Rutger for their couple session just the two of them, the soft light, and the elegant backdrop of a rustic barn nestled in the vineyard. These portraits captured the balance they wanted: romantic, stylish, and effortlessly natural.
A short summer drizzle surprised us during the shoot, but instead of interrupting the moment, it added a poetic softness to the atmosphere. With a few umbrellas found at the venue, we also photographed the bride and her bridesmaids in a series of fashion-forward, editorial style portraits that turned out truly stunning.
